The Game of Tennis
Today, tennis is played in four countries:
United Kingdom, France, United States and Australia.
The United Kingdom has twenty two courts in
use, including those at Hampton Court Palace, Lords, Queens' Club, Cambridge and
Oxford. France has three courts, at Paris, Bordeaux and Fountainbleau;
Australia five; and the United
States eight, all on the eastern seaboard, including two at New York.
